It's 6:27 pm here. Send it now and it's the first thing I pick up.
Your WordPress site is broken. I’ll fix it today.
One problem, one flat price. No estimate and no retainer. You talk to the person doing the work.
I look at it first and tell you if it's a $199 job. You pay when it's fixed.

What $199 covers
One problem, start to finish. Most of what people send me is on this list.
- An update broke the site and now it won't load
- White screen, fatal error, or a page throwing something ugly
- Your contact form stopped sending, or the emails vanish
- Checkout or cart failing on a WooCommerce store
- Locked out of wp-admin
- Images, media or layout broken after a change
- The site got slow and nobody can tell you why
Not sure if yours counts? Send it anyway. I'll tell you either way and it costs you nothing to ask.
If I can't fix it, you don't pay
I look at it before you pay anything. If it turns out I can't solve it, you owe me nothing and I'll tell you who can. No deposit, no call-out charge, no invoice for having looked.
Malware cleanup
If your site is hacked
That's a bigger job than a broken plugin, so it's $349 rather than $199. Here's exactly what that buys.
- Find and remove the malware, every copy of it
- Close the hole that let it in, which is usually an out of date plugin
- Get you out of Google's "this site may be harmful" warning if you're in it
- Lock the place down so the same door isn't standing open

How it works
-
Tell me what's broken
Takes about two minutes. The form, a phone call, whichever you prefer.
-
I look, then I tell you
Before you pay anything. If it's bigger than a $199 job I say so, and I'll tell you roughly what it actually is.
-
Fixed, and you find out why
You get the fix and a plain explanation of what caused it, so you're not waiting for it to happen again.
Straight answer
When it isn't $199
Worth saying up front so nobody wastes an afternoon.
- A rebuild or a redesign. That's a project, not a fix.
- Building a new feature that doesn't exist yet.
- Ongoing maintenance. Happy to talk, but it's a different arrangement.
No account manager
Who you're actually talking to
Brad. One person, in the United States. I run my own WooCommerce store, so when something breaks on yours I've usually already had it break on mine.
No ticket queue and no account manager. Nobody reads your message back to you in different words. You get me. I reply within the hour.
Phone support here means a phone number, not a contact form with a clock on it. Call it during the day and you get me.
In their words
People I've worked for
“Since 2018, Brad Jones has expertly guided our startup, Glide Force International LLC, through digital terrains like Google, Facebook, and more. Unlike other consultants we’ve tried, Brad is the real deal—affordable, flexible, and effective.”
“Brad is an excellent example of a true business partner. He goes above and beyond expectations, is available to his clients in a way rarely seen. I recommend this business and would give 10 stars if they were available.”
“As a business owner juggling numerous tasks, IT often gets overlooked. Yet, since connecting with Brad over two years ago, he has been exceptional—professional, patient, and precise. I’ll continue recommending him to everyone.”
